Well of course I am going to say right here at Ecigify but I'm going to list a few points on why you should do that below.
1. All stock is held right here in store we do not drop ship any products at all.
2. We have been in the business since 2012 and intend on being in it for many years to come.
3. "Service" 90% of orders are packed and shipped the same day and we only do Australia Post Express Post. Most customers have there orders within 1 day.
4. "Product" We carry all the big brand name products in the ecig market, Innokin, Kanger, Aspire & Kamry just to name a few and we carry a lot of it. Not just the big brands if we find a decent product from a smaller company we also will stock them. The things we look for in any product is build quality and performance if it does not pass these two important criteria we will not stock it.
5. We have a brick and mortar store as well as the online business and two full time staff running the business 6 days a week (we have Sundays off). Most other stores are only online and run part time while the owner still works there full time day job. We know this because that is how we started.
6. This one is a big one in my opinion, we can be contacted by phone most others can only be contacted via email. We have two phone numbers proudly displayed on the top of our webpage and guess what ring us within business hours and we will answer. If we are too busy to answer leave a message and we will call you back as quick as we can and by that we mean within hours not days, if possible it will be within minutes. You can even ring the mobile after hours and I will probably answer that as well, if I don't then please leave a message and I will call you back.
7. "price" by all means have a look around I actually urge you to look around and you will find our products are very competitively priced, our starter kits are jam packed and are the cheapest in the land. Im not saying we are the cheapest for every product we stock, that is just not possible. Our prices are as competitive as anyone out there and need to be as we plan on being in this business for the long term and not just for a quick buck like many of the online shops popping up these days.
8. "After Sales Service" If there is a problem call us and we will do our very best to fix the problem even if the product is past its warranty date. We have been in this business a while and both of us are current vapers and we know a few tricks and may be able to give you some advice on how to fix your problem.
